Not really sure if this is considered a good suggestion but was wondering if there could be a head hunters board placed in the game or as one of the forum topics
it wouldnt be anything over the top fancy just a basic player/guild hunt listing for the pkers to have something to chase

say for example player a gets targeted by player b multiple times and they want the person taken care of but cant do it themselves right away
they could add a listing along with a reward (probly a certain amount of EPs seeing as thats the main currency on most P-servers over gold) to whoever is first to track and kill player b there would more then likely have to be some sort of proof that the person actually did the job such as a screenshot or a message upon player b's death when the player reported in for the reward saying the targets name as well as the person that finished the bounty assigned.

its simply a idea so feedback on altering something would be a major help...
